Course outlines
This three day course for project managers, project support and project assurance is designed to maximise success in the Foundation exam (taken on the third day of the course) whilst developing participants understanding of the PRINCE2™ method so they will be able to apply it in their work.
Pre-course study material is provided so that students maximise the learning opportunity provided by the course.

This is an intensive course and students can expect to spend 2 hours per evening in consolidating the material covered that day and in preparation for the exam on Wednesday.
