INTRODUCTION FOR TEAM LEADERS

Course outlines

This two day course is designed for project managers running small projects (less than 200 man days effort), team leaders and other staff working on a PRINCE2™ project. The course provides a high level introduction to the PRINCE2™ terms and principles. The components covered are those most relevant to team leaders or to project managers running small projects.

The course is very practical with about 50% of the course schedule dedicated to a case study which enables delegates to consolidate the skills they have learnt by using them on the case study.

The pace of the course is more relaxed than the intensive Foundation and Practitioner courses and provides a good opportunity for those working on a project for the first time.

To get the maximum benefit from the course, attendees should either have worked, be working on or are about to start working in a project environment.
