FOUNDATION AND PRACTITIONER
Course outlines
This five day course for project managers, project support and project assurance is designed to maximise success in the Foundation and Practitioner exams (taken on the third day and fifth day of the course) whilst developing participants understanding of the PRINCE2™ method so they will be able to apply it in their work.
Day 4 of the course specialises in CUPE techniques on how to successfully tackle the Practitioner exam paper. These techniques are part of the Quality Management system which enables CUPE to be the most successful international training company. A native English speaking trainer is a key help in learning how to interpret the styles of questioning that will be used in the Friday examination.
Pre-course study material is provided so that students maximise the learning opportunity provided by the course.

This is an intensive course and students can expect to spend 2 hours per evening in consolidating the material covered that day and in preparation for the exams on Wednesday and Friday.
