Course outlines

This half day course is designed for project board members. The course provides a high level introduction to the PRINCE2™ terms and principles and the detailed activities of Project Board members.

The course will be focused on the Directing a Project process and the controls that should be put in place by the Project Board.

To get the maximum benefit from the course, attendees should either have worked, be working on or are about to start working in a PRINCE2™ project environment.

This course is normally run as an internal briefing rather than a public course.
