IMPROVING RISK MANAGEMENT

Course outlines

This two day course is designed for those project/programme staff who are involved in improving the risk management environment for their projects. This can be project executives who are looking at the overall approach to risk in their organisation as well as project managers or project support staff who want to learn new techniques for managing risk.

The course is very practical with about 50% of the course schedule dedicated to a case study which enables delegates to consolidate the skills they have learnt by applying them to the case study.

As a non examined course the pace of the course is more relaxed than the intensive Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner courses and provides a good opportunity for those delegates who want to explore issues around risk management.

To get the maximum benefit from the course, attendees should already have experience of risk management in a project environment.
